Shipping
Unless otherwise specified for backordered or special order items,

within 24 hours of purchase on business days. Orders placed after
12 noon PST on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the
following Monday; or Tuesday should a holiday fall on that Monday.
Delivery costs and timing are based on a customer’s chosen

delay in delivery caused by the USPS, UPS, FedEx or a customer’s
unavailability at the time of receipt.
USPS/UPS Ground shipping costs (based on subtotal):
orders up to $25 – $5
orders up to $50 – $10
orders up to $100 – $15
orders up to $150 – $20
orders totaling more than $150 – free shipping
FedEx 2-Day shipping costs – add $20 to USPS/UPS Ground shipping
costs

or expense related to shipment or a delay in delivery. We cannot
ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise
purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise
to the carrier. Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments
are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Merchandise purchased from shop this is network may be returned
for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt, only if accompanied
by original receipt and in original condition, with original tags
and original packaging, if applicable.
Refunds are not issued, except in the case of defective merchandise
that we are unable to replace. Following
a reasonable attempt to replace the defective item, a refund must
be accompanied by a return

Credit

of issue. Thereafter, any unused credit, or portion thereof, is forfeited.
Special Orders
Once placed on a customer’s behalf, special orders are not
cancelable and are not returnable for credit or for refund. Items,
which are special orders, will be clearly noted as such by shop this

customers are providing a binding confirmation that they understand
and agree to these terms.
Taxes
